We, at King George V Memorial Trust (KGVM), respect your privacy.

To this effect, we have a privacy policy in conformity with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act 2023). Our policy is as follows:

1) KGVM shall collect and process such donor data in relation to the project (digitally or manually), as may be required for donor validation, transparency and audit. 

2) KGVM undertakes to take due consent from donors for verification of any such data by our partners through random calling or personal visit.

3) Personal data / information (as defined in applicable data protection laws) would be shared / reviewed /processed by KGVM. In this regard KGVM states that:

(a) it shall process such personal data only to the extent necessary for the provision of activity under MOUs with our partners and only in accordance with the provisions of all applicable data protection laws

(b) it shall not process the personal data for any third party

(c) it shall comply with all provisions of applicable data privacy laws 

(d) Ensure that KGVM personnel with access to personal data are individuals who need to access relevant personal data as necessary for the purposes of any MOU with our partners

(e) Implement and maintain technical and organizational security measures to ensure robust level of security

(f) not disclose personal data to third party

(g) Retain personal data only for as long as necessary to perform the activities under any MOU with our partners.
