Hon. Chairman at the King George V Memorial Trust
Dr. Eric Borges is a Professor of Cardiology and Senior Cardiologist at the Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences, as well as the Honorary Chairman of the King George V Memorial Trust, Mumbai. A graduate of T N Medical College, he has been awarded 13 prizes and gold medals throughout his distinguished career. Dr. Borges also contributes to cardiology efforts in Mauritius and Tanzania through collaborations with the Bombay Hospital. He has performed over 30,000 angiograms, covering both coronary and pediatric cases, and has conducted more than 7,000 coronary angioplasty procedures, with and without stent placements.

Smt. Vandana Uberoi, Hon. Secretary of KGVM Trust, is an ex-banker with a B.Sc in Mathematics and a B.Ed in Maths & Physics. With over 10 years of involvement at KGVM, she handles finance and administration. A National Institute of Information Technology Honours holder, she is also dedicated to social work and involved with Vanita Samaj, which manages Anand Vihar School in Bhopal.

Prof. Rupa Shah, President of Calorx Teachers' University, has a rich academic and administrative background, previously serving as Vice Chancellor of SNDT University, Mumbai. She has contributed to various national educational committees and is a member of several prestigious academic bodies. Prof. Shah has received numerous awards, including the "Outstanding Citizen’s Award" and the "Dr. Sir M. Vishveshwsaraya Suvarna Mahila Stree Rathna Award." Since 2009, she has been associated with KGVM Trust as treasurer, overseeing its finances.
Hon. Secretary
A former BJP councilor from Matunga, Mumbai, has been actively involved in addressing civic issues, particularly infrastructure and healthcare. She played a key role in pushing for improved vaccination efforts during the pandemic and has advocated for efficient parking solutions in Matunga. Since 2018, she has been associated with KGVM, providing guidance on MCGM's policies and rules, ensuring local compliance, and addressing community concerns related to municipal governance.

Ravi Budhiraja is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer with 38 years of experience in the Maharashtra cadre, culminating as the Chairman of the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust in Navi Mumbai. Since retiring, he has dedicated his time to social causes and serves as a trustee for several NGOs. With nearly seven years at KGVM Trust, he brings valuable insights and leadership to community development efforts. Mr. Budhiraja holds advanced degrees in MA and LLM, showcasing his commitment to education and knowledge. His extensive experience in governance and administration strengthens the mission of our organization.

Pallavi Doke is an accomplished architect and landscape designer with extensive experience in public landscape projects for the government sector. She has revitalized over 300 acres of green and open spaces in Mumbai, transforming neighborhoods and heritage gardens into vibrant areas. For more than eight years, she has been dedicated to overseeing the green campus at KGVM. Pallavi collaborates with leading firms like Tata Steel and Godrej Properties on housing developments and designs landscapes for hospitals, hotels, and schools across India. Additionally, she undertakes heritage conservation projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, preserving the city’s rich history.

Kumresh Sharma is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy, with a specialization in Marine Engineering and advanced studies at the Institute of Advanced Studies in Pune. He served 23 years in the Indian Navy as an Engineer Officer on front-line ships, including Vikrant and Virat, before moving to the corporate sector with companies like Reliance Industries and Mahindra & Mahindra. A recipient of the Prime Minister's award for traffic management in Smart Cities, he introduced hovercraft services in Mumbai. Currently in his second tenure with KGVM, Kumresh focuses on waste management initiatives to promote sustainable community development.

Is a structural engineer and heritage conservation expert, serving as Chairman & Managing Director of Structwel, a 58-year-old consultancy firm. Under his leadership, Structwel has handled diverse projects across real estate, infrastructure, and heritage conservation, including iconic landmarks like the Taj Hotel and CSMT station. CRR holds two patents, has received over 20 national and international awards, and is actively involved in multiple government committees and educational boards. His association with KGVM spans 10 years, where he helps oversee campus infrastructure.

A retired IPS officer, held significant positions in Maharashtra and the central government from 1966 to 2001, including Police Commissioner of Mumbai and head of the State Anti-Corruption Bureau. He earned prestigious awards like the President's Police Medal and the Indian Police Medal for his contributions. Post-retirement, Mendonca became involved in social causes, serving as a trustee for organizations such as PCGT and MCMT. Since 2011, he has been associated with KGVM, overseeing security and offering his expertise to ensure the safety of the premises.

Mr. Pinto is a retired IAS officer who has held significant positions, including Chief Executive Officer of MIDC, Vice Chairman of MSRDC, and Secretary (Shipping) for the Government of India. He has chaired various organizations, such as the Handicrafts & Handlooms Export Corporation of India and the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust and Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) and Minister (Economic) in the Embassy of India in Paris. Additionally, he led the committee preparing Maharashtra's case for the 12th Finance Commission. Since 2018, he has been a trustee at KGVM, providing financial guidance.

Mr Kamath is the Ex Executive Vice President of Blue Star Ltd and Ex Managing Director of Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd. Mr. Kamath is also an entrepreneur in his own right as the founder Chairman of Esemcee Advisors which covers domains like Strategic Management, Finance, Training and Organizational Development. Since, last one year he is connected with kgvm trust and providing financial guidance.

Sanjeev Dayal served as an IPS officer for thirty-eight years, holding significant positions in Maharashtra and with the Intelligence Bureau and Special Protection Group. Notably, he was the external security chief responsible for protecting former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee during his historic 1999 visit to Pakistan. Additionally, he is connected with KGVM, where he contributes his expertise.
