Our Mission

To nurture and care for the sick, disadvantaged, the under-privileged, the physically and mentally challenged. To provide a safe and secure environment to Not-for-profit organizations to carry out our common objectives. To foster a feeling of love, harmony and trust in all out dealings, irrespective of religion, caste, creed, gender or any other consideration.

King George V Memorial Trust

Is a charitable organization established in 1938 under a trust formed by The Hon’ble Governor of the erstwhile Bombay State with the initiatives of Sir Cawasji Jehangir and King George V Memorial Silver Jubilee Committee with the primary objective of providing care and shelter to the infirm & aged destitute. The trust is registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 in the year 1956.

With the primary objective at the core the trust runs the following programs:

Anand Niketan – The Infirmary

An infirmary which takes in handicapped and infirm patients in need of post hospitalisation primary care.

Sukoon Nilaya – Palliative Care Centre

A non-cancer palliative care and training facility for people from all walks of life.

Sanctuary – Adult Day Care Centre

A unique non-residential senior citizen day centre that offers a caring, respectful, and supportive environment for seniors’ daily needs.
Passaddhi – Garden of Tranquility
Passaddhi – the Garden of Tranquility was established by the King George V Memorial Trust to offer a holistic healing environment.
